Pasa-Jell was specially designed by chemical engineers for the aerospace industry in 1950 and distributed thru distributors for 70 years.
Each Pasa-Jell product is designed for a specific purpose such as passivation, preparation for metal bonding, removal of corrosion, or surface clean-up.
Pasa-Jell products are thixotropic and gel upon standing. Shaking the bottle will permit the liquid to be easily poured and applied by brush. The liquid will revert to a gel upon standing, which permits application to vertical or overhead surfaces.
The ability to control the treatment areas saves both time and materials. For example, areas adjacent to Pasa-Jell treatment areas need not be masked prior to welding.
Testing and Storage
All Pasa-Jells are manufactured in small batches and laboratory testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
Pasa-Jell products are non-flammable and have a shelf life of one year
without significant loss of activity.
