Pasa-Jell products are designed for the treatment of metal surfaces. They are proprietary compounds based on a mixture of mineral acids, activators and inhibitors. Some are inorganically thickened to permit application in localized areas and on vertical or overhead surfaces.

Designed by chemical engineers for the aerospace industry in 1950 and sold thru distributors for 70 years, the Pasa-Jell line is the premier surface treatment chemistry for stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
Pasa-Jell Product Line
Designed for field use, the equipment to which Pasa-Jell products are applied need not be disassembled. Pasa-Jell products are thixotropic and gel upon standing, this permits application to vertical or overhead surfaces.
Pasa-Jell™ 101
For passivation of stainless steel and for anodize stripping.
Pasa-Jell™ 102
For cleaning and passivating aluminum.
Pasa-Jell™ 105 and 105-M
Developed specifically to improve the metal bond adhesion of aluminum.

Designed to improve the metal bond adhesion of titanium.
